Training
Training is given to expose the trainees with the knowledge of the basics of Electronics followed by delivering the knowledge of the technical parts of the solar lamp. This is followed by training for the Assembling and Distribution process. This will bring self confidence in them to be able to do something in the field of Electronics and Solar for their self-sustainability, apart from their day-to-day work. Apart from providing livelihood for the locals, this also helps us choose the best candidates for the upcoming solar rural market.
